Live chicks and hatching eggs are shipped with care; however, factors such as weather, shipping conditions, and incubation practices are outside of our control. Hatching eggs are not guaranteed for fertility or hatch rate, and live birds are guaranteed only for safe arrival when shipping guidelines are followed.
